Başkənd, Khojaly

Başkənd (also, Bashkand and Bashkend) is a ghost village in the Khojaly District of Azerbaijan.^[1] Prior to the 2023 Azerbaijani offensive, it was de facto controlled by the Republic of Artsakh.
