The 2002 Selecta-PBA All-Filipino Cup finals was the best-of-5 basketball championship series of the 2002 PBA All-Filipino Cup and the conclusion of the conference's playoffs. The Coca-Cola Tigers and Alaska Aces played for the 83rd championship contested by the league.[1]

Coca Cola win their 1st PBA title with a 3–1 series victory over the Alaska as history was made on Christmas Day with the Tigers becoming the first team to win a championship in their first season.[2]
