Major General Ýaýlym Ýagmyrowiç Berdiýew (born 1972) is a Turkmen general and politician who has served as the minister of national security and as the secretary of the State Security Council of Turkmenistan.[2] He previously also served as the minister of defense of Turkmenistan from 2015 to 2018.[3]
