Édgar Pozo Valdivia (born 1948) is a Bolivian cardiologist, who served as the Minister of Health and Sports from 9 November 2020 until 16 January 2021 when he was forced to leave office after contracting COVID-19.[1][2] He is a member of the Bolivian Society of Cardiology and of the Latin American Society of Interventional Cardiology, and of other health institutions.[3]
