ދޯނގި(އިނގިރޭސި ބަހުން: Popliteal fossa) އަކީ ފައިގެ މާކަޅުވާ މަހާ، ކުޑަ ކަޅުވާމަހާއި ދެމެދުން ކަކޫ ހުޅުގެ ދަށްފަރާތެވެ. އެހެން ކަމުން ދޯނގި އަކީ ކަކުލު ހުޅުގެ ދަށްފަރާތުގައިވާ ތިލަކޮޅެއްގެ ސިފައިގައިވާ ޖާގައެކެވެ. ދޯނގި އާއި ދިމާލުގައިވާ މައިގަނޑު ދެކަށިގަނޑަކީ ކަށިމަތި ކަށިގަނޑު އަދި ފަލަމަސް ކަށިގަނޑު އެވެ.
