Die OHL-Saison 1990/91 war die 11. Spielzeit der Ontario Hockey League (OHL). Die Oshawa Generals gewannen als punktbestes Team der regulären Saison die Hamilton Spectator Trophy. Im Playoff-Finale unterlagen sie allerdings den Sault Ste. Marie Greyhounds, die sich somit ihren zweiten J. Ross Robertson Cup sicherten.
