Die mit der Nachbargemeinde Brocourt zusammengewachsene Gemeinde liegt am Liger, einem rechten Zufluss der Bresle, 24 Kilometer südlich von Abbeville. Zu Liomer gehört der Wald Bois de Liomer im Südwesten, außerdem die Mühle Moulin de Liomer westlich des Orts.
