Kakumba Island (auch Xakumba Island) ist eine Flussinsel im Sambesi im äußersten Osten der Region Sambesi in Namibia. Sie ist eine der größten Inseln Namibias und liegt unweit des Quasi-Vierländerecks zwischen Namibia, Botswana, Sambia und Simbabwe sowie südöstlich von Impalila Island.
