Die Insel Ōmishima (japanisch 大三島 Ōmishima) liegt in der japanischen Seto-Inlandsee innerhalb der Präfektur Ehime. Sie ist Teil der Geiyo-Inseln und gehört zum Verwaltungsgebiet der Stadt Imabari.
