Baay er en officiel territorial enhed i det sydlige Somalia, hvor hovedbyen er Baydhabo. Baay grænser op til de somaliske territoriale enheder Bakool, Shabeellaha Hoose, Shabeellaha Dhexe, Jubbada Dhexe samt Geedo.
