Kemisk pneumonitis er en lungebetændelse forårsaget ved at inhalere irritanter.[1] Det kaldes somme tider en "kemisk lungebetændelse" selvom det ikke er infektiøst. Der findes to overordnede typer kemisk chemical pneumonitis: akut og kronisk.
