Mae Philip Douglas Taylor (ganed 13 Awst 1960) yn bencampwr dartiau'r Byd ar 15 achlysur. Mae e'n dod o Loegr. Ei lysenw yw 'The Power'. Yn ogystal â'i 15 pencampwriaeth Byd, mae e wedi ennill dros 150 o bencampwriaethau mawr y Byd sydd yn ei wneud y chwaraewr dartiau mwyaf llwyddiannus yn hanes y gêm.
