Y Ddyfedeg yw'r dafodiaith Gymraeg a sieredir yn Nyfed, de-orllewin Cymru. Diweddar yw'r gair ei hun (o'r Lladin Dimetia 'Dyfed', a'r Saesneg Demetian 'Dyfedeg') ond mae'r Ddyfedeg yn un o brif dafodieithoedd y Gymraeg a chanddi hanes hir.
