Vlčí Jámy jsou malá vesnice, část obce Lenora v okrese Prachatice. Nachází se asi 2,5 km na západ od Lenory. V roce 2011 zde trvale žilo 22 obyvatel.[3]

Vlčí Jámy je také název katastrálního území o rozloze 2,83 km².[4]
Název vesnice je odvozen od polohy v blízkosti jam, do kterých se v době jejího vzniku chytali vlci. V historických pramenech se objevuje v německých tvarech: Wolfgruben (1735), Wolfsgruben (1790) a Wolfsgrub (1840).[5]
První písemná zmínka o vesnici pochází z roku 1735.[5]
V zahradě u čp. 16 stojí boží muka.
