Wadi ang Wādī Faz‘ah (Inarabigo: وادي فزعة, Pinulongang Kurdo: Chemî Fz‘e, Chami Fiz‘a, چەمى فزعە) sa Irak.[1] Nahimutang ni sa lalawigan sa Muḩāfaz̧at Arbīl, sa amihanang bahin sa nasod, 260 km sa amihanan sa Baghdad ang ulohan sa nasod. Ang Wādī Faz‘ah mao ang bahin sa tubig-saluran sa Tigris River ug Euphrates River.
