Østensjø is a sidestlicha Stodtei vo da norwegischn Haptstod Oslo. Da Stodtei hod 47.164 Eihwohna (Stond: 2012) und a Fläch vo 12,24 km². Er grenzt an de Østmarka und is a beliabts Ausflugsgebiet fia de Eihwohna vo Oslo und Lørenskog.
Østensjø bsteht aus de Trabantnstädt Oppsal, Bøler, Bogerud, Abildsø, Manglerud und Høyenhall, de olle rund um an Østensjøsee lieng. Da Østensjøsee is seit 1992 a Natuareservat.
