Un autódromu (de auto, abreviación de "automóvil", y dromos, "carrera") ye un circuitu de carreres pavimentado de materiales como asfaltu y formigón, diseñáu específicamente pa competiciones d'automovilismu y motociclismu. Estremar de los circuitos semipermanentes, que s'utilicen pa competencies mientres un periodu llindáu, como ye'l casu de circuitos allugaos en cais o carreteres públiques y n'aeropuertos. Les competencies d'automovilismu de velocidá y motociclismu de velocidá utilicen na so mayoría autódromos. Al tar fechos "a midida", les zones d'escape son más amplies y la pista suel ser menos angosta y rugosa qu'en circuitos semipermanentes, lo cual implica una mayor seguridá en casu d'accidentes. Otra ventaya con al respective de otros tipos de circuitos son les instalaciones pal públicu, qu'inclúin servicios hixénicos y médicos, tribunes y estacionamientos, y en dellos casos tamién hoteles y restoranes.

A lo llargo de la década de 2000, la Fórmula 1 foi incorporando cada vez más circuitos temporales en desterciu de los autódromos. Na temporada 2010 nun se celebraron en autódromos los grandes premios d'Australia, Corea del Sur, Mónacu, Canadá, Bélxica, Singapur y Europa.
