আন্তঃৰাষ্ট্ৰীয় মুদ্ৰা নিধি (ইংৰাজী: International Monetary Fund) বা চমুকৈ আই এম এফ হৈছে ১৮৮খন সদস্য ৰাষ্ট্ৰৰে গঠিত এক আন্তঃৰাষ্ট্ৰীয় সংস্থা। সংস্থাটোৰ প্ৰধান কাৰ্যালয় আমেৰিকা যুক্তৰাষ্ট্ৰৰ ৱাশ্বিংটন ডি চিত অৱস্থিত। মুদ্ৰাৰ বিষয়ত গোলকীয় সহযোগিতা বৃদ্ধি, বিত্তীয় স্থিৰতা, আন্তঃৰাষ্ট্ৰীয় বেহা-বেপাৰত সহযোগ, ৰোজগাৰ বৃদ্ধি, দীৰ্ঘম্যাদী অৰ্থনৈতিক উন্নয়ন আৰু বিশ্বত দৰিদ্ৰতা হ্ৰাসকৰণ সংস্থাটোৰ মূল উদ্দেশ্য।^[2] ১৯৪৪ চনত ব্ৰেটন ৱুডছ কনফাৰেঞ্চত আন্তঃৰাষ্ট্ৰীয় ধন আদায় ব্যৱস্থাটোৰ পুনৰ্গঠনৰ উদ্দেশ্যেৰে ২৯খন সদস্য ৰাষ্ট্ৰৰে গঠিত হোৱা আন্তঃৰাষ্ট্ৰীয় মুদ্ৰা নিধিয়ে ১৯৪৫ চনতহে আনুষ্ঠানিক ৰূপ পায়। সদস্য ৰাষ্ট্ৰসমূহে এক সংৰক্ষণ ব্যৱস্থাৰ যোগেদি এটা নিধিলৈ বৰঙনি আগবঢ়াইছিল আৰু প্ৰায়োজনীয়তাত ভোগা দেশসমূহে এই নিধিৰ পৰা ঋণ গ্ৰহণ কৰিব পাৰিছিল। ২০১০ চনত সেই সময়ৰ বিনিময় হাৰৰ হিচাপত নিধিটোত প্ৰায় ৭৫৫.৭ বিলিয়ন আমেৰিকান ডলাৰ জমা আছিল।^[3]

১৯৪৪ চনত মূলতে ব্ৰেটন ৱুডছ ব্যৱস্থাৰ (ইংৰাজী: Bretton Woods system) এক অংশ হিচাপে আই এম এফ স্থাপন কৰা হৈছিল।^[7] মহা মন্দাৱস্থাৰ সময়ত ৰাষ্ট্ৰসমূহে পতনমুখী অৰ্থনীতিসমূহৰ অৱস্থা উন্নীত কৰাৰ উদ্দেশ্যেৰে বেহা-বেপাৰৰ বাধা-নিষেধ বঢ়াই তোলে। ফলস্বৰূপে জাতীয় মুদ্ৰাসমূহৰ মান নিম্নগামী হোৱাৰ লগতে আন্তঃৰাষ্ট্ৰীয় বাণিজ্যৰ অৱনতি ঘটে।^[8]
