Xingning (postal: Hingning; simplified Chinese: 兴宁; traditional Chinese: 興寧; pinyin: Xīngníng, Hakka: Hinnên) is a county-level city, under the jurisdiction of Meizhou City, Guangdong Province, China. The second largest city in eastern Guangdong, Xingning has an area of 2,104.85 square kilometres (812.69 sq mi) and a population of 1.13 million.[when?]
