Usman (Russian: У́смань) is a town and the administrative center of Usmansky District in Lipetsk Oblast, Russia, located on the Usman River, 75 kilometers (47 mi) south of Lipetsk, the administrative center of the oblast. Population: 19,662 (2021 Census);[7] 18,685 (2010 Russian census);[2] 20,133 (2002 Census);[8] 20,878 (1989 Soviet census).[9]
