Tenentism

Tenentism (Portuguese: tenentismo) was a political philosophy of junior army officers (Portuguese: tenentes, IPA: [teˈnẽtʃis], lieutenants) who significantly contributed to the Brazilian Revolution of 1930 that ended the First Brazilian Republic.
