Puerto Cabezas (Spanish pronunciation: [ˈpweɾ.to ka.ˈβe.sas]; English: Bragman's Bluff; Miskito: Bilwi) is a municipality and city in Nicaragua. It is the capital of Miskito nation in the North Caribbean Coast Autonomous Region.
