The Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for Local Government is a junior position in the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government in the British government. The office has been vacant since 5 July 2024 after Sir Keir Starmer became Prime Minister following the Labour Party's achievement of a landslide victory in the 2024 general election. Deputy Prime Minister Angela Rayner is the incumbent Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, and along with Keir Starmer, will appoint a minister to fill this office.
