Mangal Pandey (born 9 August 1972) is an Indian politician belonging to the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) who served as the Health Minister of Bihar.[1] He has also served as the President of the BJP, Bihar from 2013 to 2017. Pandey, a leader of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has been a member of Legislative Council since 7 May 2012. Mangal Pandey is BJP in-charge of Himachal Pradesh to go as minister for the 2017 Vidhan Sabha election.[2]
