LaDarius Henderson (born December 11, 2001) is an American football guard for the Houston Texans of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at Arizona State Sun Devils and Michigan Wolverines. Henderson was a first-team All-Big Ten selection, helping Michigan win a national championship in 2023. He was selected by the Texans in the 2024 NFL draft.
