Iranian Arabs (Arabic: عرب إيران ʿArab Īrān; Persian: عربهای ايران Arabhāye Irān) are the citizens of Iran who are ethnically Arab and speak Arabic as their native language.[3] In 2008, their population stood at about 1.6 million people.[4] They are primarily concentrated in Khuzestan Province.[5][full citation needed][6][7]
