Gary Sánchez Herrera (born December 2, 1992) is a Dominican professional baseball catcher for the Milwaukee Brewers of Major League Baseball (MLB). He has previously played in MLB for the New York Yankees, Minnesota Twins, New York Mets, and San Diego Padres.

Sánchez made his MLB debut in 2015 and was named the American League's Rookie of the Month and Player of the Month for August 2016. He finished in second place in Rookie of the Year voting despite playing in only 53 games. He was named an All-Star and Silver Slugger in 2017. Sánchez is the fastest catcher in MLB history to hit 100 home runs.
