English: Frederick Charles Standish is the second son of Lord Charles Strickland Standish (1790-1863) and Émilie (Emma) Conradine Matthiessen (1801-1831). He was born on April 20, 1824 in Standish Hall, Wigan, Lancashire, England. Frederick Standish is the Chief Commissioner of the Victoria Police Force in Australia. He died, unmarried, at the Melbourne club (Australia), March 19, 1883. His elder brother is Lord Charles Henry Lionel Widdrington Standish (January 23, 1823 - May 24, 1883).
Français : Frederick Charles Standish est le second fils de Lord Charles Strickland Standish (1790-1863) et de Émilie (Emma) Conradine Matthiessen (1801-1831). Il est né le 20 avril 1824 à Standish Hall, Wigan, Lancashire, Angleterre. Frederick Standish est le commissaire en chef de la police de Victoria en Australie.
