Augusto Bernardino Leguía y Salcedo (19 February 1863 – 6 February 1932)[1] was a Peruvian politician who served as President of Peru from 1908 to 1912 and from 1919 to 1930, the latter term known as the "Oncenio" after its eleven-year length.
In this Spanish name, the first or paternal surname is Leguía and the second or maternal family name is Salcedo.
