The first round was held from 30 September to 2 October 2022 and the Final8 took place from 6 to 10 April 2023.[1]
Bloemendaal were the defending champions, having won a record fifth title in the previous edition.[2] They defended their title after defeating Rot-Weiss Köln 1–0 in the final.[3]
