Spider-Man: Far from Home is a 2019 American superhero movie based on the Marvel Comics character Spider-Man. The movie was produced by Columbia Pictures and Marvel Studios, and distributed by Sony Pictures Releasing. It is the sequel to Spider-Man: Homecoming and the 23rd movie in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU). It premiered at the TCL Chinese Theatre on June 26, 2019, and was released in the United States on July 2 as the last movie of Phase Three. A sequel, titled Spider-Man: No Way Home, was released in December 2021.
