Tsay Chung-han

Tsay Chung-han[1] (Chinese: 蔡中涵; Amis: Safulo Kacaw Lalanges[2] or Safulo Arik Cikatopay;[3][4] born 1943) is a Taiwanese Amis politician. He was a member of the Legislative Yuan from 1987 to 2005.
