Thomas E. Allen (born March 14, 1970) is an American football coach who is the defensive coordinator and linebackers coach at Pennsylvania State University. Prior to his tenure at Pennsylvania State University, Allen previously served as an assistant coach at Indiana University Bloomington, the University of South Florida, University of Mississippi (Ole Miss), Arkansas State University, Drake University, Lambuth University and Wabash College. A native of New Castle, Indiana, Allen also spent six seasons as defensive coordinator and three seasons as the head football coach at Ben Davis High School in Indianapolis.
