Ryan (born February 7, 1956) is an American attorney and Democratic politician who currently serves as a Broward County Commissioner, representing the 7th District from 2012 to the present. Prior to being elected to the Broward County Commission, Ryan served as a member of the Florida House of Representatives from 1998 to 2006, representing the 99th District from 1998 to 2002, and the 100th District from 2002 to 2006.
