Quinton Carter (born July 20, 1988) is an American businessman and former professional football safety. He played college football for the University of Oklahoma, and was recognized as a consensus All-American. He was selected by the Denver Broncos in the fourth round of the 2011 NFL Draft. In 2017, Carter opened Big Jerk, a Caribbean restaurant, in Las Vegas.
