Billy Gram (born February 16, 1970) is an American musician, screenwriter, actor, professional wrestler manager, color commentator and political activist. He is best known for appearances with the Philly punk-metal band Saints in Hell and his solo project Ghostdance Tribe. He has also appeared for the professional wrestling promotions Combat Zone Wrestling and IWA Mid South as the manager of Cult Fiction.[2]
