This image shows a copyrighted work of architecture from a country with no freedom of panorama exception. In accordance with a general consensus (2012), English Wikipedia only follows the copyright law of the United States (Title 17 of the United States Code). Therefore, the U.S. freedom of panorama (for architecture only) is applied to images of all copyrighted architecture from countries with no freedom of panorama exceptions.
The U.S. freedom of panorama, found at Sec. 120(a), allows photography and the distribution or public display of resulting images of architectural works that are found in or visible from public spaces.
