English: The official county flag of Fairfax County, Virginia. It was designed by Elliott Gilbert "Gil" Shaw, Jr. and adopted by the Fairfax County Board of Supervisors on June 5, 1968. The seal that is featured on the flag was designed in 1963. It consists of the county seal on a blue background, with a yellow border running along the perimeter of the flag.
