Rationale for Branded to Kill[edit]
I believe that this image is fair use, as:
- The image is of much lower resolution than the original (copies made from it will be of very inferior quality).
- It does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell or market the work in any way.
- It is solely being used to identify the film and illustrate its marketing in an informational capacity.
- No free equivalent was located. Doctor Sunshine talk 00:21, 26 February 2007 (UTC)
