Farid Fazil oghlu Gayibov (Azerbaijani: Fərid Fazil oğlu Qayıbov, born 24 April 1979) is the Minister of Youth and Sports and Vice-President of the National Olympic Committee of Azerbaijan since 2021. He also served as the President of European Gymnastics since 2017, member of the FIG Executive Committee, Chairman of UNESCO Intergovernmental Committee for Physical Education and Sport (2022-2023). Farid Gayibov has been unanimously elected as a vice-chairman of the International Convention against Doping in Sport on the sidelines of the Conference of Parties (COP) to the International Convention against Doping in Sport held at UNESCO (2023-).
